My family recently stayed at the hotel. While my husband suffered altitude sickness Rocio provided excellent customer service. She was always on point, provided valuable information and went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Her restaurant recommendations were accurate and made our experience in Cusco memorable for the rest of my family.

We stayed two nights while visiting Machu Picchu. This charming place is nestled in the heart of the city. Multiple gardens, gaming area, spectacular views and a world class dining experience. Such a hidden gem. I highly recommend this

Fabuloso hotel em Urubamba. Com quarto amplo com camas bem confortáveis e bela sacada para o bonito jardim, banheiro espaçoso com banheira e espelho grande e toalhas macias. Café da manhã bem elaborado, saboroso e variado e completo. No mesmo local funciona o restaurante com deliciosa gastronomia. O jardim para tomar um chá e conversar ou simplesmente contemplar e descansar é uma excelente terapia de relaxamento. Atendimento da equipe foram atenciosos, simpáticos e eficazes. Excelente infraestrutura e lugar muito agradável. Estacionamento em disponível. Recomendo

I stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour package through Exoticca Travel. Our group arrived after dark and were hungry. The restaurant had amazing food and even their side salad was spectacular. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was so gracious about being invaded by a hungry hoard so close to the end of their day. One of our group didn't arrive till just a few minutes before they were to close but it was no problem - he ordered and got his food and all was well.
I highly recommend this restaurant and hotel! I number of people in our group had their chicken soup and said it was very good.
I had a card to mail and the lady at the front desk took it and said she'd put stamps on it and get it in the mail for me!
I'd stay there again!

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos aquí y ciertamente no nos decepciona. El personal es atento y hacen que la estancia sea agradable. Cumplen con los protocolos de bioseguridad y eso da tranquilidad en esta coyuntura.

Within walking distance 15mins from the centre of Urumbamba you will find this oasis of an hotel. The hotel grounds are massive and the beautiful all white hotel in grounds of roses , greenery and all sorts of exotic plants from the sacred valley are enough to take your breath away. I lost count of how many photos I took.
The staff at reception accommodated our every wish to make our stay truly perfect - on our last day we had a late flight from Cusco and it was so perfect for us to check out later at the hotel. The food a la carte menu room service was delightful plus there are some small restaurants serving Peruana traditional food very close with a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel. Totally recommend a stay here if you visit Urumbamba on your explore of the sacred valley or machu Pichu. With a view of the mountains from our balcony and the grandeur of the hotel.
You just must make a visit here. 10/10

Es un hotel donde la atención es excelente, todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Es verdad que esta un poco alejado del centro de Cusco y en mi caso me hubiera gustado una habitación más espaciosa, pero el servicio es único y me hicieron sentir como en casa.
Lo recomiendo totalmente!

If you just returned from walking the Inca Trail, or if you came from to attend relative in the nearby hospital, in Hotel Agustos you can be sure you will recover. My wife stayed at the hotel for six nights, during an intense week besides her mother at the hospital.

We are very grateful for the care and support the hotel staff have provided. Whenever we will need to stay in Cusco, we will surely return to Hotel Agustos.
